The Willows Dementia Hub is a specialist centre providing high-quality support and care for people across the borough living with dementia and their families. Through structured support, coordination, and commitment we are making a real difference to care within your local community. We know our GPs and create services that will always provide local care for local people with our team of dedicated specialists supporting them.
We developed our uniqueness by bringing together a wealth of people from customer care at the top of their game in health, finance, education, social care coupled with a thorough knowledge of the industry’s regulatory authority.

Our Mission
We are on a mission at GP Care Services to provide the best care and services possible whether that be a Comfort Day service user, or receiving support in your own home with our Willows at Home Care or using one of our Community Services, we are always here for you and your family and/or carers. Our aim is to keep you independent with support for you to be happy, safe, and cared for. We will always be with you every step of the way.

Our Values
The Willows Dementia Hub
The Willows Dementia Hub is a specialist residential home, with the addition of wrap around services, comprising of Comfort Days, respite services and Willows at Home. All our services are aimed to offer specialist and personalised dementia care and care for those with physical disabilities throughout the borough. We also have three local cafes that support the Dementia Hub.
Our Cafés
Our Cafés are a focal point within Rochdale, Littleborough and Shaw offering fully home cooked food from English breakfasts to our favourite fish and chips, special foody evenings from curries to Tex Mex, there is always something for everyone.
