Who we are
Willows at Home are part of the GP Care Services/ Willows Dementia Hub family. We have an excellent reputation across the borough of Rochdale and pride ourselves on our unique, person centred approach to care.
We noticed a gap in the market for quality, bespoke care in the community, and so Willows at Home was born. We are a type of home care that helps people living with dementia, adults with physical disabilities and those that feel lonely or isolated live independently in their own homes.

What we do
Willows at Home offer adults of all ages, with or without dementia, expert care and support to enable people to live independently in their own homes for longer. We offer tailored health and personal care, companionship visits, days out, domiciliary care, health and personal care, shopping, support to attend appointments and much more all in and from their own home.
Our services are from seven days a week from 7:30am to 8:00pm so you can choose to enjoy our services on one or two days or all week, it’s your choice!

We will work with you and your family to establish your needs and preferences, allowing us to put together a unique care package. Enabling you to live the life you want by doing the things you love.
Breaks for carers or families
As well as meeting the your needs, we also aim to look after your carers and families.
By offering you care we also give your carers’ or family a much needed break because we know that caring after a loved one and meeting all their needs can be tiring.
consistency of care
We aim to hand match you with our specialist carers team, ensuring there is a ‘right fit’ to make the most of your time together. We aim, where possible for consistency with regular staff, allowing you to create a long lasting bond with your support workers.
