Who we are
Willows at Home are part of the GP Care Services/ Willows Dementia Hub family. We have an excellent reputation across our borough and pride ourselves on our unique, person centred approach to care.
We are a type of home care that helps people living with dementia, adults with physical disabilities and those that feel lonely or isolated live independently in their own homes

What we do
We offer tailored health and personal care, days out, visits, companionship, shopping and, support to attend appointments and much more all in and from their own home.
Our services are from seven days a week from 7:30am to 8:00pm so you can choose to enjoy our services on one or two days or all week, it’s your choice!
person centred care
We work directly with the service user and their family/carers to establish their needs and preferences, allowing us to put together a unique personalised care package just for them. Enabling our service users to live the life they want and doing the things they love.
Breaks for carers or families
As well as meeting the needs of our service users, we also aim to look after you. Caring after your loved one with Dementia can be tiring so as well as meeting their needs, we also offer you a much needed break.
consistency of care
We aim to hand match all our service users with our specialist carers, ensuring there is a ‘right fit’ to make the most of their time together. We aim for consistency, where possible, with regular staff, allowing service users to create a lasting bond with their support worker.
